Deliveries and Returns

DELIVERIES

We aim to dispatch your item to you as quickly as possible. Please however be advised that we have no control over how quickly the carrier you choose delivers your items to your location. We cannot be held responsible if deliveries fail to reach you within an estimated timescale. Delivery couriers occasionally will reach delivery quota for a specific day and therefore your delivery will reach you the next working delivery day.

It is vital for you to make sure your delivery location is accessible to delivery drivers. Should this not be the case then it is your responsibility to make sure to provide as much detail to help the driver reach and deliver your items to you without delays. Normally a courier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times before the items are returned to our warehouse. If the driver is unable to deliver on the third attempt then you will be charged additional postage in order for the items to be despatched to you again.

It is your responsibility to check your shipment when it arrives and any damage to boxes or contents is photographed and those along with details are sent to us as soon as possible so we can chase up the issue with the courier in question. We will then arrange for the items to be collected and new replacements sent (if the damage is severe) to you. If this situation occurs, it is advised that you wait for the new items to arrive.

If the nominated person accepts the delivery then it is their responsibility to check all items within the delivery, the condition of the boxes and report back to us any issues with the delivery so that we may sort out any issues arising. Please advise us of your nominated person who will be addressed on the delivery if sent to site.
